4. Product Availability and Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR). Engelmed reserves the right to adjust pricing or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error on the storefront, Engelmed reserves the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund in terms of the Consumer Protection Act.

Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Rates & Areas
Engelmed delivers door-to-door across South Africa via registered local courier services.
- Standard Main Centre Delivery: R99 (typically 2–4 business days).
- Outlying / Regional Area Delivery: R130–R180 depending on location (typically 3–7 business days).
- Free Shipping: Orders exceeding R850 qualify for free standard nationwide delivery.
2. Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days following confirmed receipt of payment.
- For orders paid via Direct Bank Transfer (EFT), dispatch occurs once funds reflect in our bank account.
3. Tracking & Delivery
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Deliveries take place Monday through Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. Please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address to sign for the parcel.
4. Damaged or Missing Shipments
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours at admin@angel-med.co.za with photos of the packaging and product, and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.
Refund & Return Policy (CPA Compliant)
In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008 and ECTA 25 of 2002:
1. Hygiene & Safety Exclusions
Due to the health, hygiene, and botanical nature of our products (e.g., skin balms, therapeutic salts, and topical liquids), opened or unsealed products cannot be returned or refunded unless found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Defective Products & Warranty (CPA Section 56)
If a product is defective, damaged, or fails to perform as described due to a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase:
- Contact us at admin@angel-med.co.za with your order number, batch details, and visual proof of the defect.
- Engelmed will arrange a collection at our expense and inspect the item.
- If confirmed defective, you may choose between a replacement, product repair, or full refund.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed directly to your bank account via Direct EFT. You will be requested to provide verified banking details in writing. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to clear once processed.
